Our Return Policy is easy
If you hate it, just send it back and we’ll refund your money.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right! Here’s what to do:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact.oganimals@gmail.com
2. Include photos of the issue (wrong item, damage, print defect, etc.).
3. Once we review your request, we’ll send you a free replacement or offer a refund if necessary.
